- Workspace ID: This is a unique identifier for your entire workspace (your company or team account) in Tuner. It’s used in API calls to ensure data is sent to the correct account.
- Agent Remote Identifier: This is the unique ID of a specific agent from your own system. You provide this ID when you send call data so Tuner can associate the call with the correct agent you’ve configured.

When your credit balance reaches zero, new calls will not be processed until you add more credits. You’ll receive notifications as your balance gets low so you can top up before running out.
