Best Practices for Configuring Alerts

Start with Critical Issues: Don’t alert on everything. Start with the most critical issues, like hallucinations and broken flows.
Set Meaningful Thresholds: A threshold that’s too low will create noise. A threshold that’s too high will miss issues.
Route to the Right Channel: Send critical alerts to a channel that will be seen immediately (e.g., Slack). Send less critical alerts to email.
